October is AAC Awareness month
AAC stands
for Augmentative and Alternative communication, which just means different ways
of communicating like using a Communication device. I have been a AAC user for 25 years now. Through these years I had a lot of
Communication devices.
My Communication
devices has given me so many opportunities like campaigning, blogging, public speaking,
being on the television and many more.
Without AAC
in my life I wouldn’t been the person who I am today so AAC means everything to
me. Everyone has the Right to speak!
